Commercial/Retail Lease Rental Decreases

Due to the sluggish commercial/retail rental market our Landlords' have listened to the market feedback our agency has provided. It is best to decrease the rent figure rather than leave a valuable asset sit vacant for weeks with no income return.

The Landlords who were receptive to the market place after our discussions regarding residential leases, the current expectations and demand, dropped the asking rental price to meet the market demand and both the landlords and tenants expectations have been rewarded with those properties being applied for and leased after the week-ends viewing. 50% is progress.
It is better to drop the rent rather than leave the property vacant for weeks with no income return.
