Interest Rates Increased by 0.25%

The Reserve Bank has increased interest rates by 0.25%. This is the 7th increase since Sept 2009. Mortgage holders of average $300,000 loans are now paying approx $350 a month extra for their mortgages than they were paying in mid 2009.
